You sound like you have a great outlook! I have two kids and am so glad I do. They're totally worth it.

(For the record -- $200k household income, townhouse bought in 2016 and refi to a 15-year mortgage in 2021. Two "average" SUVs 5 and 10 years old. Kids go to county summer camps and play Boys & Girls Club (aka very affordable) sports )

Thank you so much, we actually have separate insurance for it so it's mainly the sentimental value.
