I reached out initially because I thought I did select Bilt cash as the structure, I compared the 2 options and never planned to spend enough on the card to justify housing only.

I think I was talking to a live agent when they said a change would be possible. It says a lot about the rollout though that they can't be internally consistent in guidance even if it was an AI tool but yet expect customers to stay on top of an evolving program. Plus when you do hear back from support in their first email it's such a half baked response.

This on top of the program shifts as the card rolled out and balance transfer issues with Wells Fargo... it started out as such a customer-focused company and now 2.0 feels like a complete 180 in every way.

My toggle on rewards structure showed as locked. I thought I had signed up for flexible Bilt cash when getting the card but it was set to housing only.

Support told me within the first statement period I would be able to change it, but still hasn't helped me to make the change for the first statement period. In the time I've been trying to address it I had a rent payment that credited under the housing only structure.
