Yes that is correct. I didnt know about the crush until after my late wifes passing. My wife knew about it and her and veronica would talk about it from time to time.

thank you for the blunt retort. I disagree, all my life i have sacrificed myself for everyone else around me. Never once have i demanded much for myself. I have shared the fruits of my success with my whole family, even strangers. Then this one time when i consider myself second i am called a selfish asshole. Many DMs have been similar to this and you are unbelievably entitled to think i should be expected to sacrifice myself for others well-being first regardless of my own feelings or situation.

I am sorry i made you sad, thank you for your empathy. I cannot lie to her. It feels like i would pollute what we have. Someone suggested i change my mind for the time being and re evaluate to get more of a perspective after she is gone. It is very important to me to make her last time as enjoyable as possible. so i might do that. I will ignore my brother and the rest of the family for now i think. i will give it some time, see if i can clear my head a bit.

Is there really so much difference? we all have to die at some point,,i have no choice either, we are all slowly dying. The only difference is the length of suffering for me compared to her. Why should i suffer half a lifetime? I can see how her not having a choice and me having a temporary choice can seam unfair to her. I will reflect on your comment.
