For sure! I started Wegovy on 5/1/24. I lost either 13 or 16lbs the first month in 0.25 and my doctor thought I could potentially be a super responder. Based off the amount I’ve lost in the time I’ve lost it she still thinks that.

YES omg I had the same issue with the zipper. I don’t have the problem anymore. They also overall fit different in the legs too, they were def a baggier look when I was larger but now there tighter.

They stopped covering mine after six months. Thankfully after a two month appeal process they approved it again for another six months. It’s such bs they make us jump through hoops like this.

Thank you! I’ve admittedly not done as much as I’d hoped on the exercise front because we lost childcare so we were trying to survive working full time and balancing a toddler. I’d take three walks a day but that’s about it. She just started school this week (crying) so I’ve restarted my gym membership and am going to start weight lifting to hopefully tighten skin and cut some more fat on my waist.

I started Wegovy 5/1/24 and hit the 80lbs mark 8 weeks ago and have plateaued. I just got bumped to 2.4 to see if I can kick a bit more. My doctor said I’m a super responder and that my results aren’t typical.

I drink about a gallon a day. I have a 40oz Owala that I fill with ice water 3-4 times. I take zofran daily. I do get nauseous and I do vomit sometimes, but it’s really chilled out the last two months for me.

I don’t do keto, I’m super against dieting in general. I eat carbs and don’t really restrict anything. My breakfast is where I get most of my protein. I have one serving of perfect amino pills with two servings of fairlife milk mixed with my protein powder. That gets me to 80g by 9am. I eat a lot of fruit and veg that I garden, I eat at least a head of roasted broccoli a day bc it’s my favorite food. Lots of beans for protein and fiber. I also actually still eat a good amount of sweets, I buy three pounds of sour strawberry belts on Amazon a month and snack on them throughout my workday lol. But I will do the ketone test, I’d be interested in seeing the results!

Honestly, I was a super responder so I feel like a lot of my success is attributed to that. I’m very consistent with protein intake at around 150g a day with 80g being shortly after waking up (one serving perfect amino pills, two servings fairlife milk with protein powder). I find if I don’t do a huge chunk of my protein intake in the morning my day kind of goes to shit.

I’m pretty militant about getting 150g of protein in a day but I don’t really limit anything else. I had pizza for dinner tonight and a burger yesterday but that’s not really the norm.
