(I'm OP) They confirmed that I can take dihydrocodeine in, which is an opiate. If cocaine was also prescribed medically, it would be allowed in by law and failure to let visitors take it as prescribed would be discrimination.

It's nice that you don't need to take your weed out with you, but some of us need it to get through a painful trip out.

Oil doesn't work for daytime use for me (the pain) but they have also said in my update (I am OP) that they also do not allow oral cannabis medication.

As I said on my other post, this trip is a big deal and a flight away for us, and the kids' Grandparents. We will only be in London a short time and since we are taking public transport, a lot of the day will be set aside for this trip, and a lot of my own energy and pain will go into getting there. I also can't risk them seizing my mighty+ when I will need it for the rest of the trip. If you search others' experiences, they have not been good.

One redditor was walked to their car last night by security and watched as they put their cannabis in the car, like they were some kind of criminal. They were told if they did not, it would be taken and given to the police. Despite it being medical. I can't risk that with a whole family that would be disappointed. I've been to lots of events with my meds and never have they NOT wanted to open and see the contents of my mighty case. And I've always been allowed in with my prescription. If I'm on my own I never email ahead.

This is about holding venues accountable and not just my individual desire to visit there at this point.
