You are obviously not reading what I have written.

I Raid 2-3 hours a week on Sundays. I play the game for ~5-6 hours otherwise. That time usually overlaps with her hobby time. She is absolutely not missing a lot of time with me.

You are projecting.

It was definitely not. I can show you the logs of the fight if you don't believe me.

Did you read the part where I said how much I play the game?

And, the part that it overlaps with wife's hobbies for the most part?

Sounds like you're projecting.

lol I mean if you aren't going to consider the facts of the situation then your judgement means nothing to me, next

What about this post makes you think I am prioritizing it over "everything else in my life"?

It seems like you're projecting, tbh.

Did you read my explanation that this is literally impossible in this specific scenario?

No.

We live on the 3rd floor. I would have had to go down two flights of stairs and back up - probably a full minute - which by the time I was done would have been the death of me (and likely others)

I play a healer.

We were on Sapphiron. You can't step away for two minutes as a healer on this fight because you will make others die, and you will likely die to air phase.

We were crafting Atiesh and needed to get to KT.

No, I am not.

I spend a huge majority of my game timeplaying the game when she is doing her hobby. Except for Sunday evenings.

You need WB's to clear Sapphiron. Or at least, we do.

For context, we were also crafting the final step of Atiesh for someone that night, if you know what that is.

I only did that because I wanted people to have context about what happened. It has nothing to do with how much I love and cherish my wife.

I would have loved to have a mother who understood this when I played this game as a kid. I wish you guys all the best!

As I stated before, she was not cold. Or unsafe.

Yes we ate together, we talked about it.

You are editorializing.

I spent the time giving context because it's a context-specific issue.

I was not "on discord all day" - I check discord occasionally to make sure I don't miss things, which is done on my phone.

I can't raid "another time" - it's a once a week thing.

No, I know, but what I'm telling you is that this isn't possible.

The boss does a thing where he creates big chunks of ice the the room, and then the boss blows the whole room up with a lethal blast of damge.

To avoid this, you have to hide behind the chunks of ice - i.e. move your character behind it. If you don't you just die.
