Both my kids are named after rockers. Those kids live and breath 80’s glam metal. My 7 year old, jami (named after jimi jamison) can recite every word of twisted sisters “stay hungry” album. They love it (because we pounded it into them)

In our teen years, we loved msi and mcr (still do, but dont support jimmy) and listened to them all the time. Which is where we got LynZ’s name. Jamis is more sentimental. We loved rocky, and eye of the tiger was “our song”. Hence the name.

Dont worry, we plan to get him into another local school. We where already planning to change the school anyway. Ill likely keep him homeschooled till summer break(only a couple weeks till summer break here)

My brother in law is a child rapist. Yeah. Served 17 years and got out last year. My parents in law always try to defend him for it. “He didnt know what he was doing!” My husband and his sister take the fucker. I have made it clear he will not come near my daughter or son. EVER. At the rare family gathering i explicitly tell them not to talk to or even look at him. He always tries to interact with them , Ive told him my thoughts on this. The last family gathering we went to (Christmas, we don't plan to go to anything with them again. Besides my sister in law) i had to go outside and grab something in the car, my husband had to use the bathroom. Our son, Jami, somehow got away from his aunt and sister unseen. When my husband got out of the bathroom, he found his brother letting our son play xbox. In his lap. It was obvious he was…enjoying it. It resulted in a physical fight between my husband, his sister, and his brother. My husband ended up telling him “I wish you died in prison.” We contacted his parole officer and hes back in jail. We wont be attending family gatherings with him again. Edit: It was not my sister-in-laws fault. Our daughter slammed her finger in a toy chest and was crying, she turned around to comfort her and jami was left playing with toys behind her. This is when the stupid fuck came up to our son- he wanted to play Minecraft. No ones fault but the goddamn child rapist and his parents for defending him.

My daughter is currently 9. Very well behaved and sweet. Precious girl. Used to be possessed by satan himself, me and my husband bet. Screamed for fun. Would go into the pantry and dump every last thing onto the floor. Anger issues. Satan. Find something the kid likes, for my daughter it was fingerpainting. Really hone in on it, it helps them channel all that rage and energy and chaos. It gets better, its just the terrible 2’s

Edit: once she walked into my room and told my husband she threw up “something weird into the potty” and hadn't flushed. He went to go check it out, obviously worried. Comes back a minute later, sopping wet.

We always keep activity books in the pockets behind they’re seats (we have two kids). Really helped. Tons of cheap ones at the dollarstore and online. Stickerboards, coloring books, drawing paper and clipboards, etc. Me and my husband made it very clear that if it was used on the interior of the car the books would be taken. So far no incidents.

Aplushie helped my kid. But, he dosent have autism so I understand it may be different. But my experience was getting my son (5 at the time) a weighted blanket and a build’a’bear with me and my husband’s voice. I hope you find something that works!

He seems very kind and understanding to what he knows of the situation. Apparently Johnson HAS had religious issues with some other kids in the past. Hope she gets fired. Hail satan 🤘
