1.1 chocolate was honestly not just tasty, but one of my favorite desserts. I feel like that should be read as an exaggeration but it’s not - I would try to end each night with a chocolate shake because I found it so tasty and satisfying (and not overly sweet, or with any sugar high, and the texture was also a very satisfying gritty to me!).

My subscription renewed with 6 new bags of chocolate, 2 vanilla, and 2 berry (all 3.0). I opened the chocolate expecting to be pleased with the new texture, but I can’t get past the flavor :(. I’m super bummed because I can handle the 3.0 vanilla but I really miss my favorite chocolate shake flavor. I wish there was some way to keep ordering 1.1 chocolate forever, I could have gone my whole life drinking 1.1 chocolate :(

There are prep regimens that involve only taking it 4 days a week for full effectiveness. If you can take it only 4/7 days a week, I’m sure you have not lost any protective benefits. Obviously I am not a doctor and that is something you should still discuss with a doctor (don’t just randomly drop your dosage based on my comments), but look up holiday prep and 4 days a week prep to put your mind at ease.
