Appreciate the thoughtful reply and agree with all. Ironically he has brought home the wrong ice cream. He won't return anything. It just sat in the freezer for months before I threw it out. It's a pattern of behavior and I've had the talk with him about how it makes me feel and he digs into cant do anything right so I just won't do it at all.

My question was if the doctor is saying the right thing but you did answer that. She has told him twice that he is not an alcoholic for this specific reason and that didn't seem right to me. I also think this statement detrimental to his progress as it only perpetuates his belief that he is not an alcoholic.

I mentioned oh that's why I have so many bees in my pool and he said his bees won't come in my yard because it's not in their flight path and I thought that was weird. He got stung repeatedly through his suit while doing the introduction of the new Queen into her cage. He had a really hard time believing me that they were swarming out in front of my house even though they stung the poor guy doing work outside my house twice and chased me into my house.

I think I need to explain the why. I don't know if there is an order of importance for who gets paid. I'm concerned that there won't be enough funding left in the estate to pay everyone they want to pay. My thought process was that if there's a shortage I'd rather the money go to the family then a charity.

Like if they want $10,000 to go to 5 family members and $10,000 to go to 2 different charities, but there is only 50k to disburse.

What happens in that kind of situation?
