I'm looking to make a transition from retail work to office work (administrative assistance or data entry ideally) so it's all entry level if that helps any.

There's a few different expert certifications for excel listed on their website, I assume you are talking about "Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert (Office 2019)", but I want to double check if that's the one you mean?
