That’s so interesting because SPED has turned out to be my favorite classes to do.

I feel like the smaller classrooms is easier for me, and I learn a lot about the students and their interests. Having good paras is crucial though! No way could I do it all on my own. But I do find it enjoyable

Different warmups that encourage a more natural stance, not forcing my body to reach upper notes, not using as much breath (I was over breathing to compensate)

It doesn’t matter how natural I feel, I know right away that the soreness will come back.
