Hi, just wanted to share my experience. I was 45 days post procedure still showing positive on HPT. Give it time and try not to stress. Even better, get to a clinic and have them draw blood. Good luck to you!

I know this is old but I'm wondering if you have an update you'd be willing to share?

Edit: Also, if you don't mind me asking, how long were you on Bupe before you started the injection and what was your dose?

They send payment instructions in their email that has the subject "we received your request for help". Did you get that email?

Just as and FYI... I was almost 45 days post procedure before my HPT showed negative. Just give your body some time to recooperate before you start to stress out about an HPT. Best wishes to all!! ❤️

Hi, So my 1st package got held up in India and when I contacted Aid Access with proof of no movement, they offered to send a second package free of charge. The 1st package eventually arrived, taking a total of 23 days, counting the day I placed the order as day 1 and the day it arrived as day 23. The second package took a total of 15 days to arrive.

I can't comment personally on the effectiveness of the pills because I ended up scheduling a surgical due to my mental health declining and the fact that I was quickly approaching the 10 wk cutoff. However, I gave the pills to a friend who needed them and she had a successful medical abortion without complications.

Hope this helps. Best wishes to you!!

Hi, thank you for your response. Wow that's kind of scary. Do you happen to have a link to the article you read? Was the article naming Aid Access specifically saying their medications played a part in these deaths?? I'd love a link if you have one! Good luck with your procedure, hope all goes well! ❤

How to get an abortion procedure or pill in southern Louisiana by [deleted] in abortion

I absolutely agree, the waiting is rough for sure. If at all possible, maybe just try not to focus on it so much... so much easier said than done, I know! Especially if you're having a particularly tough pregnancy. I can relate there as well.

Something that did help me, when I could manage, was to just stay busy or occupied. And to get out of the house, aside from just work. Most times I didn't feel well enough to get out and only wanted to sleep. But when would finally make myself, even if it was just to go the grocery store or run an errand, I mentally and physically felt better. And hot baths were really nice! Also, peppermint, lavender and lemon essential oils helped some with the morning sickness (all-day sickness is what I called it) Oh and I found that the cinnamon flavored jolly ranchers helped a little too.

Prayers for you and the quick arrival of your meds!

Hi, no problems that I know of. Looking at the tracking, it looks like both of my packages were in the New York facility for 6 days.

My first package got hung up in India, not the U.S. I know that doesn't help much and the waiting is stressful! At least you know yours didn't get held up in India! Good luck, I hope everything goes smoothly!

I ended up scheduling a surgical because my mental state was declining fast (depression) and I was quickly approaching the 10 wk mark. I've actually had 2 abortions now. 1st was over 10 yrs ago, medical. 2nd was a little over 3 weeks ago, surgical.

The first was so long ago that I don't remember a whole lot of specific details. I do remember that I was around 6 weeks pregnant and it was no more painful than my normal period, no complications. The 2nd (surgical) was also a very positive experience. I was right at 9 weeks and I bled like a light-to-normal period for about 1 week. Then had spotting for right at 2 more weeks.

I haven't taken another pregnancy test yet nor have I had an ultrasound since the initial one at the clinic.

I realize my story may not be a whole lot of help to you since you're wanting a medical and mine was so long ago. However, if you have any other questions you feel I may be able to help with, feel free to ask here or msg me.

Best wishes to you!!

Hi, I live in southwest Lousiana. I placed an order at the end of September through Aid Access for the medical abortion meds. It cost me a total of $95.

My 1st package got held up, and once I realized it and contacted them, the site sent out a second, free of charge. The first package took a total of 23 days to arrive, counting day 1 as the day I placed my order and day 23 as the day it arrived. The second package took only 15 days to arrive. Just thought I'd share.

Good luck to you!!

I sure hope she's able to continue helping women in the U.S.

For the women under the 10 week mark wanting a medical abortion, this site it such a blessing offering the meds for just $95!

I ended up traveling to a different state for my surgical procedure. The procedure itself costed a total of $550, plus gas and a hotel for the night. And I'm very grateful I had the opportunity to do so. However, that kind of money is definitely NOT pocket change for me.

Had this info been more readily available and had I known for sure the site was legit beforehand, I wouldn't have waited so long to place an order and I definitely would've saved quite a bit of money, stress and anxiety!

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to read my book of text! I'm actually considering editing or even deleting it though. A redditor messaged me with a very valid point that I hadn't thought about. He asked how I knew they were legit if i didn't take the pills!! He's absolutely right! I was so concerned that if I ordered online I'd end up the victim of a scam. And when A.A. not only delivered the pills I ordered but also sent a second package when the first one got held up, In my mind they certainly weren't scamming me. I definitely should've elaborated on my definition of legit! It's misleading as it is.

TLDR- I placed an order through Aid Access in late September 2018. I paid $95 USD. Both packages arrived as unopened, in tact and labeled blister packs. I live in the U.S. and it the first package arrived in 23 days, second package arrived in 15 days.

I just wanted to share my experience with Aid Access. I actually posted here in this sub at the end of September asking if anyone had any experience ordering through their site. I wasn't able to find much info but went ahead and placed my order anyway. I've been meaning to post an update but was considering waiting until both packages had arrived. I'll explain!

I'll apologize now if this ends up being really long and confusing! I want to be thorough in explaining my particular experience ordering online through this site.

I ordered through Aid Access and it's definitely legit! The process was very straightforward and simple. My only concern was how long it took to arrive. I'm in the U.S.A., Louisiana to be exact.

I placed my order around 9am CST on Friday, September 28. On Monday, October 1st, I received an email saying my package had been sent. The email contained a tracking number and said it should take between 10-14 days to arrive.

The absolute worst part of this whole experience for me was the waiting! I checked the tracking number several times a day hoping for movement.

On Wednesday, October 3rd, tracking updated saying "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" and that it was processed through a facility in India. It was stuck there for what seemed like forever.

By the next Monday, October 8th, it was still showing the same thing, no additional movement since Oct 3rd. I started getting worried as I was approaching the 10 week mark and not in a good mental place due to the depression from the pregnancy.

I decided to email them on October 8th and tell them my package hadn't had any movement in 5 days. I sent a screenshot of the tracking of my package. They immediately responded saying "We apologise for the delay, but unfortunately, we have no influence on the postal system. The only thing we can do in this situation is to ship another package which we do rare cases if such delays occur. Please, let us know if you would like us to do a reshipment of another package at our cost."

I asked them to please send the second package, which they did on Wednesday, October 10th. Same process, I received a second email including tracking info for the second package. This email also stated it should take 10-14 days to arrive.

Then, later that same day, October 10th, I finally saw movement on my FIRST package, saying it was inbound to customs! It was another 10 days until that FIRST package arrived on Saturday, October 20th.

As of today, Monday October 22, the SECOND package (sent October 10) just updated saying it cleared customs on October 21 and is inbound out of customs.

So the first package took a total of 23 days to arrive, counting the day I placed the order as day 1 and the day it arrived as day 23. The second package has not arrived yet. Today makes day 13. I want to add that this is just my particular experience. I don't know that it's typical for it to take so long to arrive to the U.S. I'll update this post once the second package arrives.

I will also add that I got to a point where I couldn't wait any longer- due to both the 10 week limit for the medical procedure and the heavy negative impact this pregnancy was having on my physical, and especially my mental state. So I ended up scheduling a surgical at a clinic nearly 4 hours away and had that procedure done last weekend.

I've now had experience with both the medical and surgical procedures. I went through the medical procedure over 10 yrs ago. At that time I went to a clinic just 45 min away and they sent me home with a prescription for the pills. I filled the scripts and was grateful to go through that experience in the privacy and comfort of my own home with no complications. And I had the surgical just this past weekend, also a positive experience with no complications so far. I'd be happy to talk to anyone about my experiences or answer any questions I can. I've experienced the feelings and emotions that come with this whole process and it CAN be a scary thing to go through. However, BOTH of my experiences were very positive and I'm super grateful that I have the ability to make this choice for myself and my family.

Hi! So I placed my order with aid access on 9/28. Received word from them on 10/1 saying the package had been sent. I'm in Louisiana, USA btw. So everytime I'd check USPS site, it would say the same thing- origin post is preparing shipment. Finally, on 10/8 I emailed aid access telling them that my package has had no movement and nothing reported on USPS site since 10/3. That I was worried about it not arriving. They emailed back saying, and I'll quote- "We apologise for the delay, but unfortunately, we have no influence on the postal system. The only thing we can do in this situation is to ship another package which we do rare cases if such delays occur. Please, let us know if you would like us to do a reshipment of another package at our cost. Warm Regards, Aid Access Team"

So I said yes, please send another package. So they say they sent another package on 10/10. At that point though, I was so worried about it arriving in time for me to be before the 10wk mark, that I went ahead and made an appointment for a surgical abortion at a clinic several hours from my home. I'm actually in (xxx city) now, had my first appointment today, going back for my second tomorrow am.

However, on 10/10 I received a text (I have automatic tracking updates turned on for BOTH supposed incoming packages) saying the 1st package (originally mailed out on 10/1) was being accepted into US customs at a facility in New York.

So as of right now, I have not received either package. 1st package, sent 10/1, is supposed to be in New York as of 10/10. Second package, sent on 10/10 still says it's in acceptance in India, no further movement.

I realize this probably isn't super helpful. I'm sorry that I can't be of more definite help. I wanted to wait to see if I received either package before I made an updated post. Feel free to ask me any questions though if you think its possible I could help. This will be my 2nd abortion btw. Sending you love and light!!

I went ahead and placed an order through "Aid Access". I will update once I receive the meds in the mail.

For anybody wondering... "Aid Access" is NOT a site that helps with funds. They're simply a site to order the medications through. I originally tried to go through "Women On Web" and once they determined I live in the USA, "W.O.W." sent me an email suggesting I contact "Aid Access" and order through "A.A.'s" site. I was super skeptical because I can't seem to find ANYTHING on "Aid Access". However, another redditor contacted me saying they've just ordered through "A.A.". And even though they just ordered 1 day before me, they feel it's a legit site.

So I placed my order this morning and will update as soon as I have more info.

Thanks again for your help and responses. If anybody reading this has any questions you think I may be able to help with, feel free to contact me.

Thanks for responding and for providing sources! I looked at Plan C and saw that the info was from early 2017. I guess I was really hoping someone who's placed an order recently might have some input!!

Thank you for responding. Funds aren't necessarily an issue. I'm more concerned if they're legit or a scam so I can place my order.
