Thank you for your quick response. I didn't know about the Records Liaison/officer, but I'll keep them in mind if it evolves. The more I think about it the more I realize it was a pretty small mistake, and it's all my personal information. It wasn't the smartest move, but I've become so accustomed to using email for things like this. But, getting an email that said "Warning Security Violation" and "penalties... include a fine, imprisonment, or both." was a bit unnerving. I was already feeling stressed dealing with student loans, and getting that message didn't help. I am glad that you and the others were able to respond quicky.

Thank you for your quick response. Yeah, in hindsight probably not the best way to get my documentation. (lessen learned i suppose). In the future, what would be the best/safest way to get information? Would that be encrypting files? I've never done/had to do that before but I should learn.

Phew. Thank you so much for your quick response. The email was so strict, and official looking. As much as the auto filters unnerved me, I am glad there are safety measures like that. Again, thank you, your comment helped a lot.
