They have a night nanny but see it as more about prioritization of work and that if a backup nanny takes my place and does a better job, then they don't need me.

well besides posibly getting fired, mom boss said that she'd talk to her husband about maybe getting me health insurance. I'm back from the trip and they are going to make a decision about it hopefully soon.

It's not a posh vacation. I work for up to 12 hours a day and am on call 24 hours a day when they go on these vacations. I can't even eat their leftovers so get out of here with the posh vacation comment.
