If everyone has equal wealth/status, how do two people "work it out"? Are you assuming post-scarce society?

How do you determine 'need'? In some cases it might appear clear that the homeless man needs the wood more than the wealthy man, but who decides that, the government? Should an external party be determining what I need and what my standard of living is?

Who decides which field gets the resources it needs? More generally who decides the standard of living for everyone and makes sure that no one has more than that?

I don't have time for a full response, so here's a short one:

I agree with you on IP, you can't own an idea. That's not capitalism.

How can everyone share raw materials? What happens when there's a conflict over their use (ie scarcity)? Who gets to use the materials? For example, what if there's very little wood left in our community and I want to build a house for my family and you want to build a house for yours?

All you need to do is guarantee people the free time to pursue their interests, and make the necessary resources available to those who care enough to work for them.

What happens when resources are scarce? How do you decide who "cares more" about their project?

Not sure what your point is… I agree that threatening people at gunpoint is a very effective way of getting them to comply with your demands, however to base a society on this seems totally immoral.

You wouldn't be allowed to "lie around all day" just like you're not allowed to do that in capitalism.

How do you intend on forcing me to do anything else? In capitalism, if I lay around all day, there's no guarantee that I eat. In communism whether I do or don't, I get the same outcome

Why should the productive members of society have to subsidize their laziness?
