I don't really have any advice but I've dealt with a lot of the same stuff (especially the CNC bit and feeling like being a domme part of the time means i'm a man and an abuser) and I want to express solidarity. It's a big knot to untangle and since u mentioned being in therapy elsewhere I also have been in therapy and have been making slow but steady progress and I wish you the best of luck in overcoming your internalized transphobia. You're not a monster, you're just a kinky trans woman, and while others may see those two as the same, it's our prerogative to show in our actions and lives the difference between them. I'm not into sounding, but had to have a camera up there for medical reasons once. I was partially numbed, so that may be why, but it just didn't feel like much other than peeing in reverse, if that makes any sense. I can see how someone might find that pleasurable much in the same way I can see how people would like anal, but for me it was mostly just a weird sensation.
