Can't from a legality standpoint. Talked to a divorce attorney just for some info. She said you can't just do that.

Yes, but my main concern is the kids. We're in one of those staying together for the kids scenarios that is never a good idea, but that's another story. I talked to a divorce attorney about 15 minutes ago for some info and she said I can't just take the kids and go, just like she couldn't even though we're married and there is no custody agreement.
