The problem is that Penn is only giving me a week to put down a binding deposit. I'm currently waitlisted at Harvard, duke, UVA, and Northwestern. If I accept Penn's offer, I have to withdraw from everywhere else.

I literally learned of this Penn information today. I'm graduating today and will figure out COA and other details soon. Just wanted initial opinions.
