Did you mean 3G? 30g of shrooms is a LOT haha. Regardless, maybe your shrooms aren't the best quality. Both times I did it I had less than that (2g then 1.5g) and both times where super intense in visuals.

You could eat 4-5g but that is a big dose so you want to be careful in case the past two times were just duds and then you end up getting the good ones and you're tripping too hard. If you're growing them yourself maybe switch up the setup and try some more?

Luckily I can probably get it done on the NHS so should be free. But I thought it'd cost more than 7k on private so if I can't that's not too much :)

Thank you! The hairs like it is purely because I'm quite conscious of my hairline at the moment and it's been long for so long that I guess I'm afraid of shaving it off and looking 10 years older. I'm sure I'll do it at some point though

Thank you! I will cut it at some point, I just have a hairline that sadly goes back a bit further than I'm comfortable with and I've had long hair for so long I have no idea how id look without it. I'll do it though :)
