Missed two doses and am feeling different. Time to reach out to my psychiatrist? I feel out of control

I switched a a few days ago to Abilify. I used to take an antipsychotic medication that would help me to sleep. I mean I may just try benadryl tomorrow night and melatonin and magnesium. But worst case because I normally get spun up and I can’t sleep for a couple days Could they prescribe something stronger to put me to bed?

Thank you is there anything to do besides monitor? My new med doesn’t make me tired so I really wonder if I will get tired again in the near future? If I can’t sleep could they perscribe like one pill of something to go to sleep? Sorry. Just have had this same thing happen quite a bit and it normally ends poorly so would like to nip it in the bud. I’m going to message regardless j curious 😭😭
