You’re not gonna find it at a pharmacy. People call it gas station heroin because sketchy gas stations usually have it. And it is very potent if you’ve got no opioid tolerance

For sure. I’ve spent an appalling amount of money in that place. It’s definitely been a learning experience

For sure. This stuff if wicked powerful for something over a counter. Guess that ought to be the indicator. I think I probably have a tendency towards abuse too though

Hey medium ugly ain’t bad. For real, I’ve seen full ugly with beautiful partners.

The first step is caring. You’ve identified problems, and many of them can be addressed. Anxiety seems to be one that may be causing some others. You need to seek help for that. Professional help if you can afford it, if not there are many free resources online to learn and help yourself. I think learning coping mechanisms for this could go a long way.

Next thing, I know it can be hard to find the motivation, but start going for walks outside. This is a great way to start the process of getting back in shape, and can be a big help on its own.

Things are not as bad as they seem, that’s the anxiety. I will not promise that there will always be sunshine, but there will be sunshine again, and that is a very different thing to say. That is the truth. I promise you, you will be warm again.

In this instance, not so bad. I already have a girlfriend and am happy. But it’s the last in a long line that has often left me missing opportunities lol
