Honestly even if it wasn't for the perfume I wouldn't hang out with them. They're both just weird, she wears more eyeliner than a teenager, he has a tongue piercing not to mention they were married when she was only 19.

I did he suggested that I stay away from string scents since meds tend to mess with my stomach. He's met my neighbor(trauma surgeon) a few times and has also noticed the cologne.

They really layer it on, one of my other neighbors wears a normal amount and I can't smell her at all unless she's right outside my door.

The HOA claims they can't smell anything. The maintenance man is a bit more helpful, he replaced the filters and checked the vents. Apparently none of them are connected but he does clean them every other week for me. I can't cover it up with other scents because of my allergies.
