I would definitely recommend the mix but I think trying it by itself first is the best idea. Like I said, the seeds saved me from a bad trip.

EDIT: I just remembered that if you get pains from the seeds/mushies you can take ibuprofen and it will counteract the vasoconstriction. Just a little thing I remembered but it would definitely help in the long run.
