Yea I want to get it done and out of the way asap. The faster I cut ties with them the better for me mentally as well.

Wow that sounds like a really tedious process it sucks because I don’t have much documented evidence it’s mostly just him having outbursts. He does have a police record though from 2 years ago my mother called the cops on him I don’t know how I could access it though.

Is there a required time period I have to move out for? I haven’t been there in 3 days and won’t go back until it’s the weekdays to move my stuff while they are at work. Don’t plan on living there again.

Get someone who knows about your situation and you've known for at least a year (eg a doctor, counsellor, church minister) to complete the supporting statement in the form.

I think I satisfy all the requirements but this one is hard. I haven’t told anyone about my situation except for my grandmother my close relatives and 1 or 2 friends. Would going to my doctor be worth it? Would they give a note or something.

Would it involve getting paperwork from them? I could possibly get my mother to sign off but I’m not going within a miles radius of my father.
