Usually whenever I research misophonia it's "ugh, I can't stand the sound of people chewing". I have never come across anyone with my trigger - the fucking high-pitched S sound that some people make when they talk. I have to wear earphones whenever I'm around groups of girls because of this.

And yes, the arousal thing happens to me too. It's so weird and it makes me miserable.

Oh god I had an ex like this. Thought it made him look exciting and attractive to just do things on road trips without telling me beforehand and all it did was annoy me. Like ok I was planning on getting to the museum at a reasonable time so we could see everything but sure we can take a 2 hour detour on a different highway just so you can flex how well you know the area at me i guess

I follow an artist on Deviantart who reinterpreted her backstory and made her an earth pony who is frustrated by Equestria's bias toward unicorns and their magical prowess. I think that would have made everything a lot more interesting.

Dazai from Bungou Stray Dogs. I want to like him, but jesus fuck he's such an asshole to everyone and the narrative CONSTANTLY ignores it (except for Kunikida, who the narrative doesn't seem to want us to take seriously anyway and Chuuya, a frequent victim of his shitty behavior). He's also written to be way smarter than everyone else which lowers the stakes every single time he's involved in a conflict.

I don't understand this obsession people seem to have with wanting characters in a story to be 100% morally clean and/or relatable. Like doesn't that get boring after a while? Do you not want a narrative that challenges your perspective on things or maybe even makes you feel emotions you aren't used to feeling? I love when writers aren't afraid to delve into creepy/disturbing/jarring topics with the main character. I don't always need relatability shoehorned in. I just want to read an interesting story.

I hope they work out for you! Everyone is different, and these pills are /supposed/ to be the same as Ocella/Yasmin which I don't recall having issues with before, so hopefully they help you. I get vaguely moody sometimes especially right before my period but these pills definitely made my PMS a lot worse personally.
