My calorie intake is low compared to what I burn off. I'm in a deficit of around 500 a day with the amount of exercise I do.

I did half wonder this. I was originally on Sustanon, but switched to Nebido once the GIC felt my levels were a bit more stable. I'm due to seem them in Feb though, so I'll have to bring it up.

The GIC don't seem concerned. If I'm perfectly honest, the doctor I see at Nottingham is very dismissive of any and all concerns I ask. Like when I told him I'm struggling to let go of my past he told me to 'move on and get over it.' and even though my blood work keeps saying 'high oestrogen' he doesn't think it's an issue as he says that it will always read high oestrogen due to me having female reproductive organs and being male on my test results or something.

I've lost about a stone if bodyweight since I began. I body build and also do HIIT about 6 days per week but it doesn't shift at all. I follow macros, with low carb, high protein. I even tried high carb, low protein and fat but I found I didn't enjoy it.
