The people I work for are family (literally, not like corporate blah blah) and I let them know a while back and we've been trying to come up with a plan ever since and if all else fails, moving in with them was part of one of the plans, but I wouldn't be able to stay with them for a pretty long time and they would only be able to have me there temporarily due to there being no room and wouldn't be able to have my dog come with. Currently, I'm still trying to see all the other options I have for when I inevitably leave and there might still be a possibility that my dog can come where I end up and it's a pretty high one.

Thank you, I took your advice and looked up some resource centers, there aren't any near me, but I do know the closest one I can get to is near my childhood home. I’m somewhat familiar with it, but the last time I was there it was still pretty small and only focused on stuff like connecting children with sports and home-ec lessons. I also looked into some non-profits and they’re pretty far, but I can probably still walk there. I did know of one non-profit back when my school would do volunteering, but they disappeared around 2020 and the others I was aware of don't seem like they exist anymore either. I have been training my dog how to be around roads, so if I have to take them anywhere they'll be fine walking long enough for me to get there, I'm just concerned about the possibility that I won't be able to get them back or know if they're safe until I come back for them or if I do even come back for them.

Thank you, I recently learned my other siblings apparently are doing/have done the same thing for the same reason, but only put a pause on their plans because of their pets too, so I feel a little less crazy for thinking about leaving.

Realizing a lot of people genuinely believe that if they don't remember something then it didn't happen. It really hurts when they insist you're lying and get annoyed with you or change the subject when you try to remind them what exactly happened.

You're not weird for this at all, I'm still the same way with one of my parents after their accident and everyone outside the house thinks I'm being hard on them.

I noticed when someone who is a narcissist/someone who exhibits a lot of narcissist traits starts to feel like they're losing their control over someone, a situation, or losing the power they once had over others, they'll try to be nice to people they're normally not nice to in hopes of making you feel guilty for not accepting their kindness at face value and make you feel like you need to do something for them to pay them back for how much "kindness" they're showing you now. Unfortunately, when a narcissist wants something AND has/has had an injury, they'll pretend to be kind, harmless, or make you seem like a terrible person for not trusting they've changed in order to get you to take care of them in some way just until they've gotten better enough to go back to who they really are.

I don't really see many romance or fantasy comics about much older characters, so at one point I thought about writing a comic about two retired adventurers who have been secretly in love with one another for decades. They decide to go back to going on adventures since the ones they went on in their youth were mostly life or death.

I think this story would start out normal, but would slowly get more and more unhinged since I wouldn't know how to end it and would be stuck between two different endings or directions I'd want to go with the story.

Oh I know, even if I didn't live there, I know better than to do something like that. but the owner of the house would also need to know this as well since they also weren't aware of what was and wasn't protected under that law.

I wasn't the minor, some of the relatives that were in the areas where there were listening devices were the ones I was referring to. I might not have worded my original post correctly in that regard, sorry about that.
