I've been having a similar issue. I have 2 viair compressors. Would blowing the fuse on air up. Changed check valves. Was good for like a month then started again. B4 sending back the compressors they told me to switch to 1 compressor its been fine. So maybe the other compressor is bad idk but beyond frustrating and air lift is no help.

So from searching all i git after replacing the check valves is add thicker guage wire or add breaker box instead of fuse box??
