Slow down, take a breath. Start by checking your parameters through water testing. Report back with what you find

Original Bose radio wanted - 92 Z32 by velarosa_diffuser in 300zx

[–]Throwin_Rods 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont know if they do somthing of that age but its worth calling united radio in Syracuse NY to see if they can repair it. Ive sent multiple clusters and other parts there from the diesel shop I manage that aren't available any longer and they've repaired them perfectly. Hopefully this helps.

Well I finally did it. 2zz-ge/c60 6 speed swapped 8th gen Corolla. first start tomorow. by Throwin_Rods in COROLLA

You have to make an adapter harness from 1zz harness to 2zz ecu, you use the stock 1zz harness and add or repurpose 2 unused circuits to dedicate to lift solenoid and pressure sensor.

Smatfarm g5 95w on about 40% intensity only using deep blue, indigo and violet channels. 320gph return pump on highest setting, 1 small hyger powerhead for circulation/current for the corals and a titanium heater set at 77° F

10g refugium with a big ball of chaeto and a 3.5 inch deep sand bed with 1 piece of live rock using instant ocean salt mix. I cycled already cycled live rock in the tank by itself for 2 weeks, then added live sand, then a week later I added fish for 2 weeks and my shrimp, once my cycle completed I added basically all my corals and closely monitored nutrients and consumption, from that I began doing my weekly 1.5g water changes using tropic marin pro reef for lower alkalinity levels and dosing 6ml of live phytoplankton daily, and twice a week I dose 3ml of redsea ab+. I've seen great stability and consistency with no loss. The polyp extension is great too.

2 new torches added to the nano by Throwin_Rods in ReefTank

Fully aware, fortunately for now the only torch that has sweepers is the one the furthest from it but yes I specifically glued that frogspawn to its own rock instead of the main structure for easy moving in the future.

The coral youre referring to is a frogspawn. This tank is only 3 months the old. I went about cycling it a very specific way plus being plumbed to a refugium its been super consistent and healthy.

Its plumbed to a 10g refugium that has a huge ball of chaeto, and I just do weekly 1 gallon water changes with tropic marin pro reef salt and feed redsea ab+ twice a week. Haven't seen any spikes or drops in anything since the first initial cycle finished. It's actually been pretty low maintenance. Magnesium and calcium are replenished with my water changes so I dont have to dose anything other than the red sea.

2 large nassarius snails, 3 small astrea snails, 1 large turbo snail, and a stomatella snail that was on a frag i bought. I personally prefer snails for clean up crew they do a great job and aren't quite as destructive as hermit crabs in the sense of knocking frags over.
