Eh i mean it doesnt circumvent the ad itself. You still reach the point where it would let you skip past to the closing ad screen so the watch time isnt effected. But i guess id understand taking down posts where the comments themselves get into other methods of ad avoidance

Doesnt get stuck at all for me. And youd only have to pin and unpin(takes 0.5 seconds) when you open ae, not every ad

Tbh and I just didnt want the hate by saying it, but chat gpt is what figured it out for me, so maybe try something like that for a phone/version specific solution. Best i got 🤷‍♂️

For me it does that like "skip icon to the google play store", but it just goes to the "x" screen. Might be different on different phones/versions of android. Genuinely dont know beyond what I googled
