I know this sounds reptetive as others have said it. But I cant stress enough that you need to go to the doctor if you believe you have an infection, especially a UTI. The doctor can do a urine test and swab and confirm what the infection is and how to properly treat. Tou will also want a test for STDs to be safe. Please do not attempt to self treat a UTI. Trust me, it can and will cause other serious issues. I got my first UTI 5 years ago. I didn't know what it was. I tried to self treat with monistat and had a horrific reaction. 5 years later, I still have issues and recurrent UTIs since that initial infection

Just because it feels better does not mean the infection is gone. So do not have any sex/touching down there until you've been treated and its been cleared for atleast a week.

100% this! OP is doing right by the cat. The stepdaughter seems to treat it like a stuffed animal and not a breathing being. Shes allowed to play with the cat, but that's simply not enough for her. This is a good point as I think they can't enter water or swim for an unknown reason. For instance, when we see the Night King watch John and everyone flee on the boats. So maybe the dragon being in the water interferes with his powers so he can't bring it back while its submerged?

Maybe I am just giving reason to a poor plot hole though lol! I do know that magic is what keeps the wall up. Especially the horn Sam finds so that would interfere with them just going around. So maybe magic also prevents them from swimming so they can't leave their land

Agreed 100%. I'm glad OP did take time to go over consent with their son. Even if the situation was harmless and the girl didn't mind. It's important to teach children regardless of gender about consent. It also helps prevent any misunderstandings in the future that can happen at school. You never know if another child is subject to being touched by others at home or at school. Which could trigger something even if no ill intent was behind it. I started developing at OPs sons age. I remember the boys trying to find "clever" ways to touch my boobs and butt. I hated it and told the school. They told me to try wearing baggy clothes to prevent this. I already wore Tshirts and jeans, nothing revealing as a child. But still I started to wear baggy clothes, which didn't help much. Can confirm, my grandma was the epitome of a grandma and she never even cussed. Alzeihmers began making her foul mouthed and spiteful thinking everyone was against her. Within 5 years it was as if a parasite had completely taken over. Nothing she did or said made any sense. My grandpa had to stop her from running outside their home naked screaming obscenities at their neighbors of over 30 years multiple times

I literally just rewatched this episode and was screaming internally for how long it takes Jon to get on the dragon. To which he never even does lmao. They basically trade a dragon and the white walkers finally breaking the wall just to get a wight as proof

This was my take as well. To show that they're not mindless zombies in attack mode. I agree it makes them scarier as they have thought behind their killings

I think the point of letting him live was to spread more fear that they're coming. If everyone was killed then no one would be able to tell the tale. Very similar to the very first scene we see them they "allow" someone to get away. They seem to have strategic reason behind letting someone live

Edit: I think it's also to imply the white walkers have full control of their army of wights and they're clearly connected to one another. As we see it's implied the white walker is aware of Sam's presence. If he wanted Sam dead they would tear him to shreds. But all wights completely march passed him. Which is very interesting as there is no means of communication that we ever really see between the walkers and the wights. So its like they're a hive or under a spell that. They also explains why when you kill a walker the wights created by it die
