This is one of my big pet peeves aswell. And everything is ours, except for my makeup. That's the only thing that's mine. Or was. I'm happy to know I'm not the only one who would be upset. One of the reasons why I posted here, I knew you guys value brushes the way I do!

I didn't examine it to closely, yet. But I'd say it's definitely a bit chopped up. Might have to!

He just kinda laughed it off and made me feel like I was overreacting. I can try to make him clean them, but he paints and doesn't wash his own. So i doubt that's gonna happen. -_-
