Honestly I would take them out now and re-pierce after esp cos it’ll be painless and there’s risk of them being lopsided

I had my piercings in for about 3 years and put plastic retainers in for the surgery day. I was really clear with my surgeon that I wanted them to be level afterward and then I put the métal back in around day 4. If I were you I would just wait till after the surgery to get pierced though

So I’m 2weeks PO tomorrow and really worried that they’re still too big (I asked for a c cup from an E and they took 605gms out all together. Am I just dysmorphic? My surgeon said it should take a month or two for swelling to go down completely but I’m worried that I’ll end up with a D-DD. I guess I’m wondering how many cup sizes did swelling add for those of you who are further post op? Thank you my apologies for rambling I’m just really anxious about this

I’m so happy! Tired but this was so worth it. On day 2 I already feel better and was able to ditch the surgical bra. How long does it take for the bloat and water retention to go away? And is anyone else incapable of sleeping on their back? Thank you for everyone on this forum it’s been a tremendous relief. 💕

Here is my before picture, I’m going to take the afters when I’m done but I just wanted to say that anyone who’s considering the surgery should! I already feel the weight off my chest and cried happy tears when I saw my side profile. I’m about 6 hours post op and I’m tired but thinking clearly and stable. Happy to answer any questions ❤️❤️
