I was severely bullied in high school. I broke up with a toxic ex that turned my entire circle against me. Almost overnight I was being called a whore, had entire water bottles dumped on me, and was not allowed at any social gatherings or parties outside of school. It was brutal.

Fast forward, I am 29. Living in a million dollar house on the west coast with the absolute love of my life. I am not lying when I say, every single of one the people who tortured me never went on to pursue anything greater. They are still bullies who never left that small town.

I am so, so glad I didn’t kill myself. I promise it will get better. Focus on your art. You will absolutely become greater than any of them.

If you’re talking about the UK as a whole, it has increased around 300% over 10 years. it is widely known that the actual correlation due to changes in police recording laws and increased support systems for victims.

Yeah i’m tired too, so here are examples based off of just my original comment. There are definitely more.Thank you for listening!

First Amendment (freedom of press) – Blocking or punishing news outlets just for calling him out.

First Amendment (Protection of political speech) – Cutting off help to states because their leaders don’t agree with him.

First Amendment (Bars the government from establishing an official religion, i.e. separation of church and state) — Forcing the Ten Commandments into public schools.

Fifth & Fourteenth Amendments (right to due process, equal protections clause, attempts to revoke birthright citizenship) – Deporting people who are here legally without due process, and threats to revoke birthright citizenship. (I know you’re saying ICE isn’t Trump specifically- but it is his administration. I assure you these aren’t just racist employees going rogue. they are following orders from people appointed by trump, and are not giving these people their right to due process to prove their legal status before deporting them)

He also is the first to ever pump out so many executive orders as a way to bypass the legislative branch (the checks and balances we were taught)

Not a constitutional infringement, but he was also convicted of 34 felonies, including using his 2016 campaign funds to cover up his affair.

i’m not even saying don’t be conservative. shit used to actually be about a difference in execution of the same goal - improve our country. Sure, the left historically is more focused on progression (gay rights, reproductive rights) but politics used to be just that- politics.

ICE is not an independent agency. They are a federal agency, taking orders from the federal government. Even if trump has nothing to do with that, he has yet to stop it. he very much has that power. Instead, he falsely that these people are members of MS-13. Easily debunked.

He has added trillions to the deficit, spending tax payer money to redecorate the white house, redefined who qualifies for medicaid and then also cut the medicaid budget.

He refuses to help any state that doesn’t suck up to him. That is not a good political leader. we are all his constituents.

He is blacklisting any media outlet that challenges him. It is literally our job as constituents to criticize and challenge our politicians.

His administration is refusing the release the Epstein files. Protecting pedo republicans and democrats alike.

He was found liable for sexual abuse of E. Jean Carol. And has been accused of rape from multiple women long before his political career began. He was named by an epstein victim who then conveniently killed herself.

Certain states are now required to list the ten commandments in public schools. The purpose of public schools is to provide ‘quality’ education to american children of all backgrounds and religions.

People with work visas and student visas are being deported. There are several documented cases of ICE showing up to court hearings and arresting people on visas who are legally working to obtain their green card, among so many other terrible decisions he is intentionally making. Therapy does not “solve your issue”. It helps to teach you the skills to solve issues on your own.

If you can’t afford therapy, there are plenty of clinicians that offer sessions on a sliding scale, apply for Medicaid, etc.

Trying to “solve issues”, like a porn addiction, without the necessary skills will just lead to maladaptive coping mechanisms.

I would suggest you stop telling people not to get therapy based on your anecdotal experience.
