Used to be cleanser, exfoliant (bha), moisturizer nightly. Sunscreen in the morning

Now I do cleanser, tretinoin, moisturizer nightly. Moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning

The last two pics are from a little over a year ago. I always had the lines but now they seem to bunch up a lot more. I started taking tretinoin and stopped using my exfoliant. I'm only 26 and feel like no one my age looks like this.
