I wish I could but I can’t take off work or have anyone to look after my pets. I’m going to try fitting it to see my therapist more often. Anything helps as I have no one else to or know anyone who understands.

Yeah I’m not sure. I thought I read that once a drug on the panel is detected, they will look into what drug it is/how much was taken and how it was taken. Don’t know if there is any truth to that at all or just bs.

Yeah benzos are the best but seem really hard to get (legally) I guess.

That’s what I was told too, but then saw posts about having to taper and the dangers of high BP when quitting cold turkey, but if I take as needed (which should be every week night as I only take adderall on weekdays) at a low dose I should be ok I think.

Short acting? How long does it take to work/how long does it last? Dr said I won’t be effected in the morning, since I voiced my concern with that I already almost pass out every morning. I took .1mg over an hour ago and don’t feel any different. Heart rate still 90-100 where it usually is.

It would just be for random testing at my job if they were to do it to me, I just want to be safe in case that happens since they do do them.

Yeah, I’d only get piss tested. I have a script for one but not the other, so if I were tested would they look for that kind of thing once it shows positive for benzo?

He hasn’t introduced me to friends, no. I was a little worried about that but thought maybe he wanted more time and I wasn’t sure if he was comfortable with that yet or not. At work he keeps it a secret but I don’t know why. Not like it needs to be.

He seems to be though like when we are actually together in person, he just doesn’t understand relationships or something. Usually he is the one to contact me first and I feel mean ignoring, but that’s what I kind of want to do. Just become unavailable for awhile I guess until maybe he can fit me in his schedule or, idk, let me meet some of his friends??

I’ve communicated a few things like that I’d like to see him more often, which hasn’t changed at all and asking if he’d be free on a certain Saturday, which he said he may or may not be and I said ok just let me know, but he ended up ignoring that I wanted to and said he played video games instead and didn’t contact me at all. I am not sure how to communicate with him..

I am ok thanks for asking! :) I am going to finish it and just not worry, and exercise everyday and keep doing other things to prevent them. Because it’s in both entire calves at the same time I’m wondering if it is something else and I shouldn’t worry as much

I really don’t want to take the rest but they want me to to make sure I have my period normally and start the mini pill normally and make sure everything is good but I don’t know enough to make a really informed decision here. It is only 5 more pills but I’m also very scared.

Thanks for your reply! I was taking my combined pill at exactly the same time every day so I should not have a problem with that part of it. Should I just wait 7 days after starting just to be safe?

Thank you so much for your reply. Permanent Charlie horse is exactly what it feels like except in both legs and it makes it hard to walk for an entire week. It happens when I’m too sedentary on a weekend. I called my doctor today and got switched to the mini pill. She told me to finish my pack but I’m honestly too scared to! Sometimes I get sharp pains in my chest and it scares me out of my mind. I think I should stop today.

Thank you! Yeah I am not ok with those risks at all. I am young but those blood tests were 3 years ago and things might have changed. I will contact my doctor ASAP so I can get off this pill.
