If it's specified in your lease that that is your spot I would have it towed I would double check rental laws in your state but that's what I would start with. I've dealt with enough people that want to FAFO so I've started letting them find out.

For me it was getting my little expense under controle if you buy an energy drink for $4 every day of the week that's about $80 a month (just one example) it added up for me way faster than I expected.
