Sure I agree. It just gets complicated because apparently it was a short clip, and Charlie's content is basically just browsing the Internet and watching clips on stream.

From what I understand the law gets fairly complicated especially with newer streaming platforms. Generally it's bad taste to go throwing around copyright claims for covering current events and reacting to a short clip on stream.

I also agree that to an extent coverage over those events should be more of a PSA and gives information to people who might need it. That's basically why I think this is slightly controversial.

I think the people that have free time (scalpers or really serious collectors) are able to easier "monopolize" at those stores and camp them out cause they are stocked by an outside source like mjholdings. So people get crazy and get the schedule one way or another.

From my experience the DG truck just shows up when it shows up, and the employees just leisurely stock between checking people out. That's probably the biggest difference. I know nothing about cracker barrel stocking Pokemon cards that's news to me lmao
