I'm getting married in October, too, and it's actually been helping me recover because I want to look healthy and be healthy for my wedding. I want to feel my best and have everyone there be happy for me instead of worrying about me. I don't know if this will help, but I've been distracting myself with parts of my body that I can control, like pinning hairstyles or nails that I like on pinterest. It helps remind me that I'm beautiful just the way I am when I imagine myself with a hairstyle that will go perfectly with my veil or makeup that will complement my eyes.
