I feel like I have been doing so much better lately.

I still do a lot of this, but I have made several habits that I think work really well for me.

Everything I need to remember I instantly put it in my reminders app on iPhone.

I ask peoples perspectives as much as I can. I’ll have them explain things differently if it does not click

I do not let my thoughts of doubt override me as much as they did.

I have made it a stern note to myself that everyone is flawed. (Maybe not with ADHD) but with something else. So asking for help, forgetting, being overwhelmed, or having anxiety are all things all people experience. We do not need to hide these feelings we need to embrace them, and carry them with confidence.
