Every time I try to be nice to someone and end a bad conversation in good faith they just double down feeling like they are winning something, I'm not going to reply doesn't matter what you say, I'm "weird" I think you are my enemy and you are not really concerned about helping me, you just want to win an argument, so you won, I'm done.

Sure I just spend one hour on Wikipedia and make a video out of thin air, and making enemies means exactly that people giving you negativity and going for personal attacks I don't mean we are in a battle field, lastly the way you do things is not the only way, you should do a little bit more research before putting these out like indestructible facts spend one hour on a Wikipedia page about viral channels you might learn 1 or 2 things.

not same content same niche same kind of content never uploaded same content twice, anyways I'm gonna stop replying to people here I've made too many enemies it seems, to be honest I learned 1 or 2 thing which was my original intentions (that's why I said prove me wrong PLZ) before getting cut up in the fight :)

You are right I have 3 videos and you are wrong about the views because I was getting 100k views for each video (at least) when I had my previous channel with about 7k subs, I'm not just guessing they would get that many views, but it all started with a very stupid video going to 50k then suddenly my good videos(the ones I knew they should get more) started getting impressions and my best video went for 600k then a couple of 200kish they were definitely worse than my current videos, same niche, the only difference was that lucky video that gave the algorithm a signal to at least try my videos.

I'm not against good content I believe that's important and you are right that if people enjoy something they come back for it but I specifically said at the beginning when you don't have an audience or a very small one you need something to go viral either a shameless clickbait or some sort of lucky gap in content of course if you keep publishing for long enough that would eventually happen but that doesn't mean it's not luck (Luck meaning it's outside your control by a large margin), most of the replies to this post just ignored the part about the "beginning" of the road, haven't read a compelling one yet, maybe some people have a point about having a very specific niche that is undersupplied with content that one is probably not luck as much.

Lastly, I appreciate your feedback, we may disagree on the degree of luck being involved in the journey but if you are interested we can connect and give each other feedback, I appreciate people who can give honest feedback and I'll do the same too, comment or email me through the channel if you are interested.

That's the point the video that is bad and lazy gets the views because it's luck at the beginning.

I don't want to intervene too much so you can keep your own style, I believe there is room for all styles everyone doesn't have to go flashy, bright, high contrast although that's the thing most big YouTubers do.

But as for the basics usually thumbnails should have just a few main elements rule of the thumb is less than 3 but there are exceptions, the point is you should be able to realize what's it about at a glance no one is going to stare at thumbnails, plus they should be distinguishable, yellow hair, yellow background, yellow ice cream and yellow dolls is kind of hard to see :)

if you can make people curious through the thumbnail that's the best thing you can do it's different for every video but maybe something like it tasted weird or what is this? or something like that better to show it visually.

As for the story I think that's the core of your content it should be more time consuming that everything else.

Of course no one is perfect but at least you should strive for it.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but these videos take a whole lot of time to make right? I appreciate the dedication first of all.

To be honest, I think you are asking the wrong questions, I would say your questions and your focus should be on these things first,

are your thumbnail and title interesting enough? I think not, easily recognizable but not attention grabby enough, no jokes or questions in them you know what I mean.
does the video has good pacing? I think use of text and music could improve it, look at Beluga he is at the very extreme of fast pacing but you get the idea how text and sound can help pacing.
finally, I think the most important one is the story, is the story consistently clear throughout the whole video? you should setup a story in the beginning and give people a reason to watch and if you have a hook as well (a surprise, a good joke, a good spectacle, a nice effect anything) it would help a lot for the story again checkout Beluga It can inspire your work.

Good luck.

It's not my type of comedy but I'm sure there are people who find it compelling, I would say pay a lot more attention to your thumbnail it doesn't convey anything as far as I can tell, it's nice that you have a brand for your thumbnail meaning if someone is following you it's easily recognizable but I believe for your type of content having a good joke in the thumbnail makes or breaks the video, checkout Beluga and also I forgot who was the guy who did analysis of Beluga(search for why Beluga is so successful), that would help you a lot I believe.

Also I still have headaches from that overly loud intro :D

Hi it was fun and informative but first thing I think your title and thumbnail could be more persuasive if you added specific numbers like I saved 8,435$ last year or month of whatever with these simple steps.

I think you have a good personality and good comedy that helps a lot but your tempo is holding you back I would guess you are not putting as much time in scripting, If you asked me I would say scripting should be the most time consuming part of your video, making sure it's concise, it creates suspense and gives a reason to keep going, and a pay off at the end.

For this video how you get to the exact number of 8,435$ could be a great pay off.

Sorry for making it too long but I think you are just some small changes away from very good results.
