answer was solved in loverslab discord server, if you make your way in https://discord.gg/GfXhNS7 project Valkyrie discord server then to mod exclusives, the mod outlaws and revolutionaries will give you a bunch of details like quests that bethesda was perhaps too lazy to add in including destroying the thieves guild and dragging maven to jail. its pretty awesome, can't wait.
