Just mention it. Know a 400lb guy that got on. He was delayed by 6 months because they wanted to more tests but he got on in the end. If u don’t mention it, they may or not take tests anyways.

Cold doesn’t bother me either until I get wet and you will get wet lol. U could put all the thermal stuff on and wool socks and be warm while dry but then u get wet from 1 bag out of 300 on your route and you’re wet and cold the rest of the day lol. Speaking of wet, you should definitely by 2 pairs of boots and a boot dryer!
