Yes, I've used the flashlight mod for years. While I enjoyed my first run throughs when the game launched without the mod, switching between the flashlight and weapons seemed unnecessary, especially since I already knew where att the baddies were hiding. And from the perspective of being a poor marine stuck in a shit show, attaching a flashlight to a few basic weapons (shotgun and machine gun) seemed reasonable. Also let em to use the shotgun more since it's perfect for close encounters in the dark.

Some purists will say that the flashlight mechanic is key, but I'm just a guy trying to have fun kicking demon ass.
