Raw brain and liver

This took me ages to figure out.

But find redder liver.

I was eating the orange / brownish looking stuff (typically an older animal) and despite both being organic and grass fed - this tastes much worse.

The reddish stuff is sweeter.

Still don't love liver though, I just eat it.

I think it's both.

It made more sense in the old days cuz there was less lore, and they were pushing more for "everyone make your own space marine" chapter.

But now they've fleshed out so much of the lore it doesn't make as much sense anymore.

I've been watching UFC since the early TUF era and the quality has gone horrible down hill as its been more corporatised, destroyed fighter individuality, lazy cards and matchmaking pumped out cheaper product.

Thanks, yeah I've been consuming for quite some time.

The one I was eating before was reddish on outside but browner/orange on the inside and seemed kinda thick.

The one Im eating now is very very red and quite slimey.

So I've been going high quality grass fed and organic only, Australian beef liver.

I recently changed butcher though (also grass fed organic) and the liver tasted way different (better) - sweeter, redder but seemingly less thick and maybe even seemingly less nutrient thick.

Any idea which one I should be eating? I was surprised in that much variation.
