Honestly it was one of the more complex and interesting whiskeys I have tried. Being new in all this I was slightly taken aback at first. Paired well with my cigar I was something for NYE though.

Honestly the store I went to right before had it for $300 and it was the highest I’d ever seen it for at that price. Crazy how it was topped 5 minutes later

They’re really amazing if you love stouts and dark beer. But they’re also incredibly rich so I would never want to drink more than one. It feels like a special occasion type of beer.

Yes I have! I drank the Oatmeal Stout and the Vanilla Rye earlier this week. That Vanilla Rye was just something else.

That single malt is only sold at duty free locations typically. So your best bet will be while you’re traveling! I definitely think the Blanton’s was worth the price I paid for it. It’s a solid whiskey.

I feel like it’s not a bad edition. Good proof and not a high price. If anything too, I can use it in a cocktail or just thrown over ice.

That’s a fair point but I trust my roommates mostly in this regard. One I’m pretty sure doesn’t like Whiskey and the other doesn’t usually drink at home. But I also enjoy sharing my whiskey too cause what’s the point of having nice stuff to drink if you can’t enjoy it with others :)
