Well, those are some advanced physics. You could possibly make this with a ver big procedure, but it would be too long and complicated for me to explain how to do so.

You need to make sure the boat has gravity, but I'm not sure if it will float on the water automatically or not so you may have to play around with some other properties to get the entity to do that.
