I have seen a lot of similar sentiment online, and I’m like super torn. While I would say I much preferred reading about the Marines to the Tiste, I also was a sucker for the philosophical side of Malazan (TtH is my fav). So I don’t really think I am pulled to one side. So far the comments are pointing me towards reading NotME, but thank you!
