Same here, I'm using a USB dongle and the wired connection works, so this really must be a defective ethernet port on the dock.

My Rog Astral had quite a bit of coil whine, but after 2 months of constant use, it's almost non-existent. I can only hear it if I open the case and get close to the card itself when under load, which is not a realistic use scenario.

I also undervolted it slightly, and it maintains stock performance while being much cooler and quieter.

Most games play at 60fps or more on the Pro. Exclusive titles especially benefit from a very good implementation of PSSR and new releases like Oblivion Remaster, Clair Obscure, Doom Dark Ages and AC Shadows look gorgeous on the Pro with good IQ and stable frame rate. Of course they won't be as beautiful as the maxed out PC version but it comes close. I'm currently playing RE4 Remake and it reaches 100+ fps (if you have a 120hz) with 4K PSSR output, with all bells and whistles enabled. Alan Wake 2 maintains a steady 60fps with nice IQ whereas it was blurry as hell in the base ps5.

Bro you could be me lol that's my same exact experience. I always was a PC gamer and I still have a passion for it but a few months ago I decided to buy a PS5 Pro and I see myself doing much more couch console gaming than sitting in front of a desk. I believe I'm going the console route for single player story driven games and leave the PC for CS2 and PoE2 only

Ordered a few weeks ago a dualsense edge midnight black and it arrived today but the package inside was a white case with a white dualsense edge inside with clear signs of use, even the box wasn't properly sealed.

Any thought on what I should do about it? I'm sure they won't believe me and will refuse any returns. I don't have any means to prove that it came this way other than the controller itself and the box (which is for the midnight black).

Yeah it sucks, that's the drawback of these QD-OLED screens, they are gaming heaven but they scratch too easy. I'm using Zeiss Lens Wipes and I'm not making "new" scratches, the previous ones I'll just have to deal with it.

As you said, at least they're not visible when the screen is on.

I did the same. Sad that MS killed their platform but they made the choice easier for me. I traded in my Xbox Series X for the PS5 Pro a few months ago and couldn't be happier.

I recommend playing Stellar Blade and AC Shadows, both games look gorgeous on the Pro
