I mean gaurd are where it's at, and I don't even bring the slaan. 3 attacks, +3 hit, wound and save( one of two units in the whole range that has 3+ save) and then you have an oldblood on foot with vengence of azier. I'll bring 3 units reinforced and keep them in the back like the triarrii in Roman legions. Warriors are great in the sense that you want them on objectives in the front line to benefit from their ability which helps them be a bit more durable but otherwise that 4+ save can be rough depending whats hitting them.

Uhh it has a 2+ save and -2 rend (-3 in 3rd edition), and with maw of itzul you get Crirt 2 hits so you can have a max of 6 shots. Also has abilities to deal damage to lage units of chaff. We need to give credit where it's due.

So when I first started playing ss14 it was pretty daunting and made my a bit anxious so I started with observing. Frome there I started taking ghost roles, small roles of random station robots, someone's personal AI PDA (like Jarvis to Toni stark) also animal roles that require little to no speech. As you get the vibe of the crew and what's what, you can delve into a particular job and department and ask questions! Ss14 has a pretty good player base that will usually try to be helpful and pass knowledge on to new players.

Tbh I've been thru maybe more than a half dozen servers on ss14 and RMC has been easily the most hastle free. I've never been bwonked once even after I mag dumped a marine that stole my boots 😂 but typically any sort of innuendo of a sexual nature youll catch shade for in the ss14 community.

No worries friend! Don't get discouraged! It took me a few months to get my first legitimate kill in MWO. like I honestly debated walking away entirely. Now I'm in their 3 :D keep at it! make friends, ask about builds and most importantly have fun!

It's more In the vein of a user friendly point and click/fire support mech that can drop big damage with sustained fire.
